Green tea is great for skin also.
Green Tea Helps Protect Skin from Ultraviolet Radiation
Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology
Everyone should use a potent sunscreen and limit exposure to ultraviolet radiation. In addition to sunscreen, studies have shown that both the consumption and topical application of green-tea polyphenols can inhibit the cancer-producing or inflammatory impact of ultraviolet radiation.2 One study concluded that polyphenol extracts of green tea were effective topical agents to prevent the adverse effects of sunlight.3Green tea is an important ingredient in several Herbalife products, our company has created a herbal concentrate tea that is a healthy alternative to sodas and other sugar loaded beverages.
It is great for a natural energy boost throughout the day, as well as helping to make sure you get enough water in your daily diet.
Many of the Atlethes that use our products include the tea in their workouts, so they are able to maximize their workouts.

I love soda, McDonalds, and junk food in general. I think that moving ones ass around is the best thing to help lose weight and ofcourse not eating until you feel sick. I think it's all about balance. Maybe when I'm old and don't feel like doing anything physical anymore, then I'll think twice before grabbing the junk foods. But for now I'll take a cheesburger happy meal with a orange soda and a ice-cream cone to go...puhleeze ;)
