Every since buying all the "Futurama" DVD's I wish more and more that FOX would make some new episodes.
Anyone else miss Bender and friends??

I love Futurama. They still have it on Cartoon Network sometimes.

Right now, though, I am extremely pleased with Fox bringing back Family Guy! The Holy Trinity is Family Guy, The Simpsons, and Futurama.

For whatever reason, Futurama never really grew on me. . .

You mean "American Dad." In all honesty, I don't know how long that will stay on the air. There's a preview of it on the Family Guy's Freakin' Sweet Collection, but I think it's basically Family Guy gone political.

Fox never really bothtered to promote/air the show on a regular basis..
They used to go weeks without airing episodes so no one really caught on to it.
The DVD's are great... except now I've seen every episode a hundred times.

It's not like I didn't see it though. I've probably seen a good 40 episodes. I just couldn't really get into it.

To each his/her own I guess...

You gotta admit though, Phil Hartman would have been perfect to play "Zap Brannigan"

what's your favorite futurama episode?

i personally like the "human horn" episode. while it doesn't have much plot, the comments bender makes from offscreen are hilarious.

I like "Luck of the Fryish"? I think it's called... the best. The one where Fry digs up his brother/nephew.
