Yeh so being somewhat attracted to the mars bar, crips and cola diet of late, it seems that my carb intake is stupidly low. Ive probably got diabetes (hope not but been feeling really shit lately) and im come to terms with the fact that i wanna get in great shape and be strong, physically.
Along with the GYM i need a decent healthy diet with loads of carbs in it, protein etc etc around the 2500 calorie mark if possible.
Any help is appriciated, and i live in england so if your american the chances are we wont stock specific brand names like yours, so try to give the food type as well as the brand name.
Regards
Ryan

Put your metabolism to work for you.
Now’s the perfect time to incorporate some metabolic-revving tips into your daily regimen and avoid gaining weight.
Rev Up Your Body’s Engine
Let’s talk about the brand name on many of our weight-management products–Thermojetics®. Thermojetics® comes from the word “thermogenesis,” which means to produce heat. It is analogous to a car. When the engine is running, the hood and motor get hot. The car is burning fuel for energy to run its motor. Similarly, we eat food for fuel. When we burn it for energy to run our bodies, the process creates heat. Our Thermojetics® products assist the body’s engine to burn fuel efficiently, helping our metabolism stay revved and functioning well.
Daily Regimen Tips
Keep your metabolism revved with these tips:
Engage in 30 minutes of activity every day to help minimize weight gain and to raise metabolic rate.
Tone your muscles by weight training three days a week. Start small–try walking with one- to two-pound weights.
Do not eat fewer than 1,200 calories a day. Eating too little may slow your metabolism.
Never skip breakfast. It may slow down your metabolism.
We offer 2 min. to healthy fast food, that is equal to, or less then the price daily for what people are already spending on 2 out of 3 meals, coffee, soda and snacks, you can have a healthy Shapeworks protein shake with the right targeted vitamins. this will get you to a healthier you.
Use Herbalife Thermojetics® products every day including Shapeworks® and® Herbal Concentrate tea.

Although I am not interested in your product (sorry:( ) since I am already on such a program, but I am curious about how long you have been eating yours and the personal results you have seen.
I am surprised by my energy level increase and the reduction in certain age related symptoms ;) It seems more and more of us are moving in this direction with various companies. How much do you estimate yours costs per day for you personally? Because I am kind of shocked by the cost and by my willingness to actually pay it since it has made such a difference.

Your Right, many people are moving into the direction of Wellness, because of the current epidemic of the 21 century. But what is nice, is our company is 25 yrs old and is not trying to copy other companies, the company is doing great because of the medical and scientific advisory boards that create the products, and only study nutrtion all day long.
Not created by board members wanting a fast buck. :)
My cost per day is what you need to compare to a typical fast-food lunch with a ShapeWorks™ shake –
fast food $3.99 for a hamburger, fries and a drink
vs. what I do, $2.86 for 1 protein shake with
nonfat milk and 1 cup of strawberries. x 2 times a day. Most people spend on average between $3, $5, $7, or more a day on 2 out of 3 meals, coffee, snacks and/or sodas, on the foods that are keeping them over weight, tired, or unhealthy, so compare that to our most expensive program being only $6.80 for 2 meals.
so it is less then what people are already spending.
I make sure I get enough protein through the day, so that I get my daily requirement of protein. Protein is a great hunger fighting tool. Everyone, even people in great shape need a certain amount of protein daily to maintain, or build lean body mass.
I make sure I have a color-ful dinner with the right good carbs, and 3 oz or protein. so I keep my energy levels up, and my blood-sugar levels to not spike from bad carbs.
I stay away from foods and drinks that have little or no nutritional value. Therefore, I am healthy. and I am saving money also.
My energy levels are great, because I drink (sip) a Herbal Concentrated tea throughout the day, which I need to be able to keep up with running my biz, and working around my 2 little kids schedules.
I will be trying the new fizzy energy drinks that are becoming available in 2 weeks, so I can have a nice break from the tea. They are better for anyone than the RED BOLT and SoBE Drinks, because are vitamin based, and give natural energy which is safe for the heart.
:)
Best wishes to you.

forgot to mention my results
energy result after just 10 mins of being on the products.
I lost 20 lbs in 5 wks, but noticed inch loss in 1 wk since people tend to lose inches first as they build lean body mass.
My metabolism is different than everyone elses, so results vary.
I enjoy the shakes 2 times a day because I like them and its 2 mins to healthy fast food.
Thanks for asking.:)

Thanks for the reply ucanbe2.
The cost is comparable. I do the shake in the morning with the soy milk for breakfast. Although milk products are not recommended I do eat a yogurt with it.
I am currently experimenting with a green and blue algae pill and am liking the resulting energy increase from it.
The tea concoction (actually a lot of herbs added besides) that I drink (usually about six cups a day) can be made hot or cold. I thought it tasted like decaying grass when I first tried it. Now I love it and it does keep the blood sugar level. I have problems with hypoglycemia and this stuff has changed my life.
Are you a big advocate of stevia?
The company I buy from has been around for 22 years I think... I really haven't gotten into selling it yet and doubt I will. The thing is people notice the difference and want to know all about the products so that could change in the future for me. I would do it merely to reduce my own cost load since you then receive bigger discounts...probably much like your business.

Are you a big advocate of stevia?
Sorry? I do not know what that is or means.
Our tea tastes great. Like iced tea if you like it cold.
It comes in 4 flavors for the people that prefer variety.
We are big advocates on helping people keep their blood sugars normalized naturally, using our cellular nutrition shakes and targeted products, so that they do not need most of the prescriptions they were taking to control it for Diabetes.
I am glad you are getting results, that is most important.
Keep up the good work.
People do notice results, so if you wanted to capalize on it, then I say, go for it, atleast do it for supplemental income to be able to make enough to get your products for free or at a discount since you like the products.
Have a great day.
