Rupert Murdoch, the man who successfully encircled the globe with satelite TV and who created FOX news as the mouthpiece for the Bush Administration will now consolidate his media empire by buying out the shareholders of FOX properties.....thereby giving him more control.

this includes newspapers, satelite assets, film, TV.

FOX entertainment was reported to jump from $3.51 to $34.73 after the NY TIMES reported the buyout of FOX properties.
