I reciently bought a 1995 Chevy Gladiator G20 Conversion van (my very first one). It didn't come with any kind of instructions so I was forced to try and figure out everything on my own. I managed to get most of the acessories to work, but I can't seem to get the rear passenger radio to play.

I can get it to come on, and the tape player mechanically works fine, its just that I can't get any sound out of it (even when I try using head jacks)!!

Does anyone here know how to operate this thing?

Sheesh, that thing looks like my living room.

It's probably wired wrong or something like that. Not an entirely rare thing with semi-custom made products like that.

I would need to see a closer picture of the controls, alot of times there is a 'mode' switch to select either where the sound comes from or where it goes, could be either or neither. EVERY conversion van seems to be it's own animal, none are the same, even from the same manufaturer.

The truth is, if there is no switch (and that is a possible) the unit may be a stand alone system and might just have a defect. Sometimes there is also a control switch at the drivers location, maybe above your head?

Good luck,
