In 2002 election, the citizens of Florida passed a referendum for universal Pre-K. after much scrambling in the Florida legislature, a bill was passed which will give $11.8 million, not $800 million, to implement the program beginning the school year 2005.

but.....

the sight is West Palm Beach

the give-away $800 million, not 11.8 million, with no scrambling done in the Legislature at all !

the company, Scripps

the reason, give these poor people 1,919 acre citrus grove

the reason, so they can build there nice big biotech facility and pay their operating costs for seven years and eat cake at taxpayer's expense because they are so nice.....

the reason, why biotech clusters of course

that is,

if they indeed decide to stay at the Palm Beach sight after they get the money in their hands and not pull out of Florida like........

Citicorp did in Tampa, Raytheon did in Oldsmar, Lockheed Martin did in Gainsville.
