i am getting more and more uneasy about the current presidential administration's foriegn policy. why can't we just let the inspectors in. isn't that what we want. my heart is starting to hurt over the things this president is doing in my name. please, no war.

because trigget happy bush hoped that sadam wont let the inspectors in. But hey, we need to fight the evildoers and free the poor people of iraq so that the gas prices could go down a couple of cents.

Screw oil. We have the technology and we have also found alternatives to oil so why in gods name dont we start using them. I know because its much easier to kill Iraqi people and get are oil and then we can have a party with cup cakes and we can celebrate the deaths of many!

In fact, the USA are no longer dependent on middle east for their oil supplies. Africa now provides a big part of US oil imports - and the USA still are the first oil producer in the world. But by controlling Iraq's oil reserves, your country would gain such a control on global oil market that it could use it as a mean of pressure on more dependant countries, like China, Japan and Europe. Thaht is one of the goals of Bush.
You can sign Michael Moore's petition to put the pressure on democrats so that they don't let Bush do this stupid war !

No, actually thats quite ignorant. The reason is that Sudaam will not let the inspectors in, not in any of the 8 palaces, and he put many restrictions on the UN. The US is giving Sadaam a way to escape military action.
