I can remember clearly that mines was a guy named "Prince Planet". He was a great little black and white cartoon character that came on back in the 70's that to me was the coolest guy in the world. Receintly I managed to get hold to quite a few VHS tapes of him from various sites on the internet that I still watch today :D

I know that almost everyone had some kind of hero when they were little, hero's that ranged everywhere from Spiderman, to Thundar the Barbarian, to Conan.. ect

Who was yours? Cmon..you can tell us :D

Davy Crockett. I had my coonskin hat and musket. My mother said I could kill any bears I found in our neighborhood. Those bears hid pretty well though, I never saw a one of them.

Mahatma Gandhi. I used to make protest walks of thousand miles in the gardeen or to to play "hunger strike". How funny !
No, just joking.
Well, I remember "organizing" a protest march for fun in school when I was 8, though.

Batman, Michael Jackson and for a short while, Macgyver - before Indiana Jones was a movie. I'm not sure, but I just might have been a tomboy... :)

John Wayne and Superman with honorable mention to Roy Rogers my favorite cowboy.
All stood for triumph of good over evil.

Prince Planet was my overall hero on T.V. but in real life, my hero (and almost everyone else that I knew) was Bruce Lee

i used to love the power rangers! but my parents didn't like me watching them, and wouldn't but me any of their toys because they thought they were too violent. being raised by ex hippies is an interesting experience.

As a little kid it was all about the westerns
Hopalong Cassidy & Paladin(have gun will travel)

liked toons also.. Mighty Mouse, Underdog

Then there was Bonanza and the Wild Wild West..

I think I was 9 or 10 the 1st time I saw a Playboy..so Hef is in the mix somewhere..

but for years and years the leader would have to be...Bond, James Bond..
