Barbie-is plastic....any fizzy soft drink is pop in the UK.....a kids name for it....root beer is another soft drink...Ginger Beer we call it...slightly nippy and lovely chilled.

fcs43 thanx, that's what i thought, but wanted to make sure. it seemed strange to me that "root beer" is seemingly so popular......it's not here

I think Ginger Beer is an acquired taste...either u like it or loathe it. My husband and I like it...as does my 13 year old son...but not my girls. :lol:

my sister doesnt like root beer much... she drinks it about twice a year... root beer tastes nothing like beer but it has the word beer in it, whats the deal with that?

Have to say I'm very anti- sprite too, i reckon it's amongst the lamest of lame softdrinks around. Yuk! :P Having said that, i'm going to shame myself and admit that my favourite softdrink is actually plain old ......well not really old.....just plain.. soda water! :oops:
I craved it during my pregnancy and the love of it just hasn't faded yet! :) Most people are really grossed out at the thought of drinking it, but i love it! In fact i think i'll have some right now...*glug glug glug* Ahhhhhhhh very refreshing! lol , god i'm a dag *bored* bye

Of this list, Root Beer is my favourite.
