I assume you want a URL to allforums on your desktop....

[list=1]
Right click anywhere on your desktop except an icon or the taskbar.
Hover over New
Click shortcut
In the box, type "http://www.allforums.net"
Click Next
Name the shortcut in the box.
Click Finish
