Can anyone tell me how you know if you have an ear infection? I think I might, but I dont know if I do, or if it's just clogged. I've put stuff for water in your ear in it, stuff for ear wax, and even peroxide. The last time I used peroxide, it made me really dizzy, so I wont be doing that again! So, I'm beginning to think it's an infection. Any info would be appreciated!

I had a similar problem. It felt like my ear had water in it, and I couldn't get the "water" out. My ear felt clogged. I had a nasty ear infection.

See a doctor, they can tell for sure. Also, a piece of advice. Ask about treatment options. The doctor I spoke with said that using anti-biotics for ear infections is an old fashion and not too effective cure for ear infections. I know she recommended...can't think of the name, it's not Dristan, it's another one of those sprays you put up your nose to open sinus passages. Anyway, ask about treatment options. I took ampicillan and got hives so bad, they kicked me out of work!
