I have 5 of these boards I have installed and they all seam to go to sleep or just stall if left alone for a few minutes. I loose the video and the mouse nor the keyboard respond. I have checked all my CMOS settings and nothing seams to change. When loading windows 98 on a new system I have to reset the system if it goes to reboot during the loading process. The system seams to just go to sleep and then i just have to restart and it works til it is let sit and after about 10 min or less it does the same again. I would like to know what the problem might be. I talked to the retailer today and they know there is a problem and offer to replace with newer version of board. Has anybody seen this happen? hmmm.....I suggest just throwing all that crap away, and buy a Mac

Hahaha jood joke steve... The only thing I could sudjest is maybe trying to disable the power managment all together in the bios settings...
