In a manner, you already do. Smoking is regulated, drinking is regulated, and well, sex not so regulated, but you get my drift.

If I have to pay for or fund a peice of YOUR health care becauseof YOUR personal behavior, yes, I want it regulated if not made illegal.

Of course, I want people to be free to smoke all the dope they want, drink all they want, etc. Just don't ask for me to pay for your health care and I won't put my finger in your business.

How? As far as I know, people are allowed to smoke however-the-hell much they want, and drink however-the-hell much they want (unless they drive).

Are you serious? We regulate drinking with age limits, driving restrictions, alcohol content of beverages, where it is sold, how it is sold, there are taxes on it, etc.

Smoking? Not in public buildings. In fact, not within so many feet in many areas. Not in many cities' private buildings. Again, age restrictions, regulations about how and where it can be sold, etc.
