Various events hindered a timely post, but better late than ever :
- The surgery operation suddenly imposed to US NSA Condoleeza Rice, immediately after her nomination for new Secretaty of State for President GWBush new mandate was confirmed, inevitably looks somewhat strange, given also the context described on our 1 and 2 November publications on what might be really at stake in 2004 US Presidential Election, (and some hate-speech that followed).
Even if the official medical operation itself is generally considered largely used, rather routine, (despite somme reported innovations), and benign,
given the huge importance of interests at stake (at many and various levels), nobody can stay naive or careless.
=> It's obviously important, even necessary, to make sure that all precautions are taken to avoid (or redress on time) any kind of eventual risk of malpractice, "negligence", etc., (even the slightest, or covered), so that everything goes really well.
All human persons are entitled to real Health Safety, and this goes even more for those whose life, energy, capacities, independence, efficiency and well-being, indirectly but surely might affect the lives of millions other people.
