- Hopefully, for a fresh start, with a more stable mandate, "looking ahead",
but without forgetting some key-experiences of "sly traps" and facts ..

Sorry that Powell (with a reputation of being less-"hawkish" than others) had decided to leave, but :
=> Welcome to U.S. NSA, Condoleezza Rice at a State Department of "New GWBush" era : A challenging task, and huge Responsibility, which needs a real, serious refreshed planning and reconsideration, that a new, more stable and clear-cut mandate allow
Hopefully without other hasty moves provoked by past 2000 Electoral instabilty, 9/11 Barbary, and various other incidents which had pushed to precipitation sometimes exploited by sly, partly foreign dark networks, that attempted to undermine and deprived President GWBush from liberty and Time to think, judge and planify, looking far ahead of everyday events.
After seriously and honestly considering various pros and cons at 2004 US Election's "hard choice", we have pleaded to give a "Better Chance" for a fresh new mandate to President GWBush (See 1 and 2 November publications, etc). To succeed avoiding any more "sly traps", he obviously needs people of personal confidence, energy and abilty, but also with some valuable experience of outstanding, sometimes "tricky", developments.
State Department has many excellent or valuable persons, a lot of ordinary working people, but also (as elsewhere too) some slipery-slope elements, subject to negative or superficial influencies, which, sometimes, might do more harm than good.
Condoleezza Rice might hopefully provide that, and more, if she succeeds to skillffuly avoid some "poisonous" underminers pushing to more "sly traps". The US NSA Rice looks sufficiently smart, stems from the closer circle of personal advisors to Bush father and son, she has energy, but also interesting, recent key-experiences :
I.e. for those networks who attempted to exploit "sly traps" where they had partly pushed President GWBush, the whole US, many Friends and Allies, if not the most of the World, in one way or another. Inter alia, also by delaying, downgrading or hiding full, precise Infos before 9/11, but eager to accuse, afterwards, President GWBush, in ways diverting from real questions on 9/11 Barbary. But also by abusing of grossly False, inexact pseudo "Reports" or faked Data on "WMD" and other points at Iraq, while slyly attempting afterwards to throw heavy responsibilities exclusively on the shoulders of President GWBush and the US.. (Facts that Powell, and particularly Condoleezza Rice in person, had rightfully denounced).
Let's hope that Experience, intelligence, and a Fresh, uncontested and clear new mandate, can help redress various precipitated "sly traps", timely restore the right situation, build on selected best parts, and really start "Looking Ahead" at a larger Horizon.
