We're midway through the NFL season (hard to believe already). How's your team doing so far? How do you think they'll continue to do throughout the rest of the year? Any highlights or lowlights in your team's season? Let's hear it!

Vikings = We're on our way to a carbon-copy of last years performance. As a matter of fact, we're already halfway there (Ironically, both our losing streaks all started at home against the Giants).

For some reason those big physical Giants just tear you guys up. For what its worth, the Redskins fared no better. :(
Slightly off topic, but dont the 'Skins play you guys this week? If we do, dont worry, if you guys score 14 points you will win. Mark Brunell = Truly Stinky Poo Poo

Nope, we've got our cross-state rivals (packers) this week...and once again, Lionel, it's on!
By the way HaVoK, to add to your comment (straight from the ESPN Power Rankings), When your best passer is your running back, that's not a good thing.

The Pack are 4-4 baby and the ViQueens are up next. I'm actually more worried about Moss being out this weekend - usually when a team's star player is out, the Packers let some 4th string buttmunch rack up a 200 yard game.
I predict that the NFC North will end up in a 4-way 8-8 tie, with the playoff berth going to the Lions on the 10th tie-breaker.

My Packers are indeed playing the Vikings Sunday. The most hopeful sign is that Favre's throwing hand is not swelled up anymore. On the other hand, our defensive secondary is at best forgettable this year. At worst, it is an open invitation to throw on us. Hopefully the bye week will have enabled all the walking wounded to heal up. I think the Packers probably wind up 9-7 but I could be overly optomistic. On the other hand, that could win the NFC North.

Well with the Vikings basing their whole team off of one guy (oddly enough, Randy Moss, who will not play Sunday), and the Packers with the problems as listed above....should be an interesting match-up.

I agree. Then again, a Packers - Vikings game is always interesting. Records don't mean too much, and even home field advantage isn't very reliable. I think the telling factor may be how healthy Favre's right hand is. If it swells up like it did in the second half against the Redskins the packers could be in trouble.
