On the first article, Blair talks about terrorist Manipulating the news with the kidnappings. On the second article, the Muslim community in Britan is working in concert with terrorist in Iraq to get the biggest bang out of kidnapping propaganda.
This is such good propaganda, it makes Blair responsible for killing of hostages and Islamic community as only wanting to save a human life. (by giving into terrorist demands)
Downing Street has been privately alarmed by the sophistication with which hostage taker Abu Musab al-Zarqawi has played on western public opinion. 'What these terrorists understand is that they can use and manipulate the modern media to gain enormous publicity for themselves and put democratic politicians in a very difficult position,' he said.
Privately, aides suspect it is no coincidence that a Briton and two Americans were seized just as Iraq's prime minister was due to visit London and Washington.

Muslims Take to Streets in Jack Straw's Constituency
By Emily Pennink, PA News
The Muslim community of Foreign Secretary Jack Straw’s constituency is taking to the streets tomorrow to campaign for more action to save Kenneth Bigley, the British engineer taken hostage in Iraq.
There are 3,000 Muslims living in Blackburn, many of whom have been involved in anti-war protest over the last 18 months.
Tomorrow they will descend on Blackburn Town Hall from 2.15pm to push for Mr Straw to do more for Mr Bigley.
The Uniting for Peace and Solidarity rally has been organisation by Muslim group Blackburn Friendship Mission.
Spokesman Ismail Lorgat told PA News: “Our MP, Jack Straw is not doing enough by simply stating that we do not negotiate with terrorists and evil people around the world.”
The group is demanding the British government end military action in Iraq to prevent further the loss of innocent lives.
And it is urging the Government to stop policies that “create an Islamophobic atmosphere and polarisation in the world”.
Mr Lorgat, who has lived in Britain for 40 years, has been lobbying Mr Straw for the past 18 months but feels “fobbed off”.
He said the Muslim community had been closely following the desperate plight of Mr Bigley and people felt they had to act.
“We need to support them (the Bigley family) in this hour of need. One human being is worth everything. There are words in the Koran: if you kill one human being, it is equivalent to murdering the whole of humanity.”
