You should watch Animal Precinct on Animal Planet sometime. They seem to have a couple incidents like that on every episode. It's amazing just how uncaring people can be.

There is something missing in the souls of people who would harm animals for entertainment.

Pitting animals against one another for sport has been going on since about forever. There's big money in it. Chicken fights, dog fights, and in some cases, even a bear & a steer have been chained together to battle it out. Pretty sad way to entertain friends & family, that's for certain. Human beings can be some disgusting creatures.

I completely agree with you guys. This is a sick and twisted ritual we have going on and hopefully it will get solved someday.

An interesting question I've always wanted to ask is: would you be disturbed regardless of what animals are pitted to fight each other?
