I believe turn-based is more realistic, at least if you can put a timer on certain decision. Real time is usually way out of proportion and some things just dont really make sense to me. Turn Based will always rule war games, especially if you are a big time strategist

I agree. Unfortunately I tend to be as bad in both games (I keep trying though).

Turn-based is the way to go...that way you can make a sandwich, or use the can in the middle of a battle and not lose the war...:D

if you like turn based realism go get Combat Mission 2 or 3, awsome WW2 turn based strat games. you can contol authentinc units from squads to reinforced batallion, anyone gets Barboossa to Berlin we can play by email

Turn based definitely. It's more realistic. When we play real time, because of our physical restrictions, it's not really real time. Especially when playing against a computer.
