Here's how ya do it ..

Tell the manager you will work the first day for free and if he doesn't like your style he can simply call off the deal.

What the manager doesn't know is ... you have all your friends standing in the wings ready to rent vids on that day. When the manager sees the increase in profits for the day he takes it as you being good luck and good for the firm. Done deal.

But don't give away the plan by walking over to the front window and giving your buds a big thumbs up which signals them to come on in and start renting the vids. Use the 2 fingers to the eyes like the Navy seals do -- it's way cooler.

One day maybe a litle short. I would recommend doing the samefor at least 6 month, and planning a slight but continuous increase in sales over these months.
OK, but how will you explain the sales decrease on the seventh month just when you stop working for free ? Better hire an extra load of friends to boodt the sales for one more year just to show you're even better when you're paid. Then negociate a substancial raise.
You'll need it to pay back all the money used to rent these videos.

I am Sarah. I am a SAHM. I plan to go back to school. My younger daughter has had a fever, today is the third day. We were at the Drs for 3 hrs yesterday. Last night is the first full night of sleep I have had in a week. (meaning longer than 2-3 hours. So this is what a rested person feels like.

I go to college, but don't start 'til the end of the month.

My world is currently occupied by a great deal of puppy pee. He barks for water, but the peeing has no warning attached. Starting to get the hang of it though... So I guess you could say I am a parent of sorts. Possibly not a good one.

I'm sure your little girl will be better in no time cree. If I only got 2-3 hours of sleep each night, I'd be in a straitjacket by now.

I am currently unemployed because I am very lazy, however when I grow up, I will probably end up being a programmer although I would much rather be a politician of some sort. Or donate to sperm banks full time if that is possible.

I play bass guitar, listen to lots of music, mostly Radiohead. I also happen to be wearing an insanely bright lime green Weezer shirt that almost blinded half the school today. That's my life story :-p.

I havent seen the commerical...but what I know is that Pepsi Edge is nasty.

Mountain Dew, however, is also the shiz-nit.

You all dont know anything about soda until you have tried Ale-8. They sell it in Kentucky and parts of Tennesee.

I swear that stuff is so good.

Ale...the quickest way to make your teeth and gums rot....sorry, didn't mean to ruin anything even though I'm sure I didn't.

Ah!

But I'd let my heart rot out for this stuff, lol, joking of course, but it is very very good.

Its much different from just ginger ale. It comes in these crisp green glass bottles, and omg, it is so good.

Any time I have an out of state tennis tournament, we take them, and sell them to people there, and they buy them by the cartons, because they are so good.

I always liked ginger ale as a kid...now the whole concept of pop or anything like it just doesn't sound very appetizing to my thirst anymore.

I got a friend who hasnt drank pop in a couple of years, and the smell of Ale-8 drives him wild. lol.

Its funny, we drink it in front of him and stuff...I dont know why he doesnt drink pop even though he likes it....hes weird, lol.

Coke tastes all chemical-y... I like Pepsi better....
