no, when they say anybody they mean ANBODY! HItler, Big Bird, Kerry, Popeye, anybody! so if they are willing to have NAYBODY but bush, that would mean anything that helped get bush out would be a good thing for the cause, tehy like to insinuate the abu garib abuse was bushs fault (naturally) so more talk and more charges is more blame on bush and more chance taht their slogan will come true. they never admit it but its not hard to see why these things are posted. in the grand scheme of things they ARE good news to the true anybody but bush beliver.

Yep, you’re correct. We would love to have Hitler as our leader, over Bush.

It was the Bush Administration’s fault, yes. Sorry you hate reality so much.

Just a 'few bad apples' my rear -- lol

The best part is the military will not charge any of the officers -- only the enlisted people who were, according to the military, never trained properly.

Never trained properly? Like they didn't have parents that instilled values in their lives?

don't torture people
don't kill people
don't rape people
don't pick your nose in public

This is much more widespread than being let out and time will show just that as the accused start turning on anyone they can to save their own rear ends.

just a few bad apples -- ROTFLMAO

This reminds me of the Saturday Night Live episode directly after Gore endorsed Howard Dean...

When he was giving reasons he endorsed him.

GORE: Howard Deans the only canidate who openly opposed the War in Iraq.

DEAN: That's true.

GORE: Howard Deans the only one who has disapproved of Bush's stance on International Policies from the beginning.

DEAN: That's true.

GORE: Howard Dean's the only one who knows Bush is the worst leader in the history of Politics.

DEAN: Wait, what?

GORE: Howard Dean is the only one who comprised a list of the top 100 worst leaders of all time, and ranked Bush #1.

DEAN: I did not, what about Hitler?

GORE: Hes number 3.

Seeing as Hitler is either dead or in Mexico (I've heard that's where criminals go:) ), couldn't we use a present day, living tyrant in the 'anybody but Bush' argument? It just seems a bit pointless to bring up someone who isn't even around to somehow become president. OK, rant over - I do actually have an opinion on this :)

Not that I blame Bush specifically, but the fact that this was going on for so long - with nobody noticing - doesn't exactly make the Bush administration look good. You'd think that with all the trouble in Iraq since the war they'd be making more of an effort to ensure that situations like the one in Abu Ghraib don't happen so as not to exacerbate the problems they're already having.

BTW - not that I agree with it, but that's a pretty good poster, Trav.
