This is a Good idea, in the movie
Bulworth, a character mentioned
National Fire Insurance,
It should be for all Americans, whether they live in
Houses or Apartments.

It is a good idea. I know some who have almost lost everything. I also think that fires should be part of a standard homeowners policy. Especially for those in fire prone areas.

Actually, now that I think about it, no I dont. You'd think that there would be at least one.

I think people that live in fire-prone areas should move somewhere else!

Why should we make people move? Almost anywhere is fire prone if you really think about it. Fire Ins. makes a great deal of sense.

Rain forests aren't fire-prone! OK, I'm being a smart ass. But some areas are extremely fire-prone, like the hills outside of LA. If you insist upon living in a giant tinder box I don't see why I should have to subsidize your choice. For the same reason I don't have a lot of sympathy for the people that like to build homes on little islands in the middle of the Mississippi River (floods).

Ok I accept your reasoning on that. But some of these problems are due to no fault of humankind. Many times it has to do with nature.
