I truly do wish that God had made the Holy Bible

Any Cretin can READ the Bible, but to properly Interpret, well that's a different story.

I was under the impression that god didn't write the bible. That lots of different people did.
Any literary classic can be interpreted in many ways.
For years the drive of Ahab from the classic Moby Dick has been debated.
One problem of interpretation of the Bible is that each person seems to be striving to seek proof of a particular point of view.
Freedom is not having to live your life according to one book.
An educated person tends to seek the total sum of mans acquired knowledge to make decisions.

You can not interprit the bible.the bible is designed to put fear in your heart, fear of heaven hell and the lakwe of fire.
Yeh, just what we need. More people living in fear.
A book that invents an imaginary punishment, that did not exist before, then gives the solution to the imaginary problem. The worship of a so-far imaginary God.
I can see where this is hard to interpret.

You cant interprit the Bible, but you can INTERPRET it.
It may be true that the Bible tries to scare you about Hell...because Hell is a scary place. God doesnt want you to go to Hell. Pure and Simple.
