I say just let them live! It's bad enough that we've got people like you trying to cram all the bad stuff about a medically-challenged person down our throats when they have to lead a hard life the way it is because of whatever disease they have. I bet there isn't a single person who appreciates you talking about them like this.

Besides, why only prevent the spread? How is this going to help the person who's stuck with the disease for the rest of their lives, because they're still stuck with it, right?
