What happened to this trial? Did it get thrown out? Suddenly we don't hear anything about it any more.

now echo, you may think im crazy, but i dont think he did either one.......to me, he's the perfect victim. the other victims are the children being used by their money grubbing parents. he's weird....thats it. what pedophile looks that way, we never know the pedophile because he looks as normal as we. but michael is weird. the first boys father want money to front some movie. michael said no, here comes a lawsuit......the second boy, michael said that the boy was so frail that he had to carry him to every ride at neverland. michael was paying the boys hospital bills and giving the parents a living wage for their stay. when he told them that it was time for them to leave and the money was cut off, here comes a lawsuit......from a woman so letigeous, she had 3 or 4 lawsuits against dept stores...........he's fodder because he's weird...........and oj did it !...lol

I think the parents should be held criminally negligent for even allowing their children to sleep over some weirdo's house without their supervision in the first place.

I agree that these parents are going after the money. I think that was their plan all along when they pimped their sons out to Jacko in the first place. However, i do think he is a pedophile. I think when he stopped funding the parents, they got mad and filed a lawsuit. Just my 2 cents. (and its probably not worth that much) :D

I agree with Korg. In this country you dont actually have to do anything. If ppl believe you did it, then you might as well have done it. I draw a parrallel to the Mike Tyson rape case. I would bet money he didnt do that. But he looked the part. he fit the profile. In a sense MJ fits the profile. He didnt have to do it. He has already been judged by society though, so what does it really matter?

I think Miss Desiree Washington went up to his room with a good idea what she was in store for. The man made no bones about what he was after to every woman who was in the beauty contest earlier in the day.

I do agree with you though that the court of public opinion has convicted Michael Jackson for the most part. And his flamboyant character doesnt help him any. But thats why they publicize these court proceedings. It gets the public all heated up on what they "percieve" happened when in actuality none of us are privy to the entire facts of the case. I'll be the first to admit my opinion could be wrong about Michael Jackson. I hope i am wrong to be honest. I own every album he has ever made. I loved all of the guys older music. Still do.

Korg thanks

Havok it's just like the K. B. case maybe he didn't rape that girl, but he sure was in the wrong place, doing the wrong thing, at the wrong time, with the wrong girl. It's funny how the public feels sorry for him even though he was still out cheating on his wife. Society does have a strange way of looking at how things work. It's one set of rules for the rich and famous and another set of rules for the common Joe Dirt.

I just hope that the Judge and jury have commonsense enough to see that the boy's parents are just money-hungry liars. Just because Michael is weird doesn't mean that he is a child molester.

HaVok, rich has nothing to do with it on Michael's side. The parents are the ones being influenced by Michael's richness. They need to earn their own money like Michael did. Say what you will, but this is all about money. If Michael was a poor man, these weirdo parents wouldn't give a dam. If they did, they wouldn't have allowed their kids to spend nights with an adult in the first place. They should be the ones on trial for child neglect.
