We just finished up with lunch and the girls were having fruit, strawberries and peaches and little mandarin thingies, and I thought of you all, wondering if you are eating enough fresh fruit and veggies and leafy greens every day. Because believe it or not, I care about each and every one of you in my own special way, even those of you that annoy me.

I too am trying to lose weight....(15 lbs since I graduated from college:D). Usually in the mornings I have a Slim-Fast shake, which aren't really as bad as people say they are, and snack on fruit once or twice during the day and finish off the evening with either a salad or grilled chicken.

So here's my hats off as well to everyone who's eating healthy!

I may eat healthy in the morning, but when you're a talking box of fries, weight loss is really hard!

For breakfast, I just had a stick of gum. Lol... Healthy right? Haha... I think I might have some cheet-os.... *puts on party hat* We're gonna have a party dammit!

it's ok, one time for supper in college, I had a box of orange-flavored tic-tacs. Cheapest thing I could find at the time.

Awesome! Carrots are good crunchy muchies (oh yes I too get the munchies ;) ) Bright orange in colour= they are good for you

Yum! Love bananas, esp for babies. I love mangoes too. (hint, bananas a good cure for stopping the runs) too many and they will stop you up....sorry tmi i know

mmmmmm veggies and dip. I like raw cucumber red peppers carrots, and a little raw broccoli....I prefer that steamed.

Taht's awesome, good for you and if you stick with it you will see results. I have been drinking chocolate slimfast in the morning for like 3 or 4 months and I have lost 30 pouns! I eat fruit like candy and I feel great! Supplements are good but it's best to get you vitamins from the intended source. BRIGHTLY COLOURED=VITAMINS AND MINERALS! Think cancer prevention and antioxidants. Roughage too, and good carbs. THese raw foods take longer to digest so you are using their calories more completely.

it's ok, one time for supper in college, I had a box of orange-flavored tic-tacs.

I used to eat a bowl of cereal for supper....LOL

I tried Yellow watermellon for the first time last week. I didn't even know there was yellow watermellon.

Twas good.

Plums are in season right now many many different kinds of plums out there...all pretty darn good, and it looks like peaches are starting to pop up around here.

Blackberry bushes *the nasty envasive kind* are full of fresh berries, they smell so good under the warm sun, and are tasty too. Why must they have so many thorns? :(

My supper consisted of potato wedges, Island Gerk Chicken sandwhich, marinated first in lemon juice, then pineapple juice, then teryaki, topped with some tomato and onions....and a side salad. Now that's good eatin'!
