I've really started to get into punk over the last year.. The type of punk doesn't matter to me.. some like hardcore.. some emo.. I like it all. I've found that a lot of the 'unknowns' are better than the ones who are known for the simple fact that they haven't sold out... If anyone wants to gimme some good punk bands to check out please feel free to.. (I was gonna post an emoticon but the one I wanted looks like a chef.. with the mustache.. Newho..)

Rock and any form of. Metal, Alternative, Progressive, 90's, 80's, some 70's, etc. Sometimes I'll go off the beaten path and do some classical, jazz, or big band.

country for me, though I like most kinds of music

I mostly like Hip-Hop and Rap, but I also like 80's Dance, 90's Dance, some pop, some foreign. Too many styles of music to pick from.

i don't have anything fancy to keep up with music now and anything i like coming out now is by accident. i have a tv and dvd player but no cable or sattelite. so no new music to discover on a regular basis. most of the radio stations here are either country, oldies, or oldies until 4 pm . and i can't pick up a station at my house.

my music is mainly hard rock, metal, blues. from the 50's to now. the most recent music i got was papa roach.

Metal can involve screaming, but that is more "hardcore" styles like death metal. Punk is usually sung, and rap is spoken; neither involve a large amount of yelling.

As for me, I enjoy most every genre since they all have some sort of quality to bring to the table. My favorite is probably classical, but I get in my allowance of "classic" rock, jazz, reggae, various types of electronica, alternative, progressive rock and metal, and much, much more.

I like most genre's although usually only some of the musicians. There is a lot of good music, but also a lot of garbage. My favorite genre's however are blues and jazz (especially jazz from the 50's and 60's).
