I hope the people who feel Westerfield is not guilty will not let the case die.Watch The VanDamms because the answer lies with them and their sleaszy friends. Mr.Westerfield was a good man who worked at home and wanted to get out and mingle with live people..So he went out for a drink.Who knew he was going to meet up with that trash? But thats the chance you take when you go to a bar.Lesson here is go to the package storeand buy a bottle and go HOME.So the police take the word of swingers over the word of a grown respected man.Hang in there Westy there are people who believe you.  :

Why is it that all the people who think he is guilty cant say it without useing cuss words?.Cant we have a clean decussion of reasons.

I've tried to have responsible mature conversations with many people on this board but it seems every time I've been laughed at. You remain calm and discuss like a rational human being and allow them to look like idiots.
It's not only this board but other places also where people use personal attacks in there post. If they don't know how to formally debate than perhaps they should take a class in formal debating (they really have these) because I'm also sick of the personal attacks everytime my opinion is given. I don't know why one would need a class it's simply respect.

First, remind me of what cuss words I used.
Second, answer my question about the DNA.

[b:93419ea9fe]Hi missvee, I'm just curious, why are you convinced of Westerfield's innocence? I'm not saying your wrong in your beliefs, just curious about your opinion. I live in Southern California and have been following the trial all summer. I've gone back and forth in my opinion, but usually leaning towards guilty. The blood and DNA are very convincing after all. Now that he has been found guilty, does that change your opinion at all?[/b:93419ea9fe]

My only comment on this case is that I am so sick of hearing people blame the parents of this poor child. I don't think they wanted her harmed or had anything to do with what happened. The parents' lifestyle should have been kept out of the news and out of this case.
I hate to see the victims being blamed!

Blaming the victims is usually a common tactic of defense lawyers. And the fact that it was such a media circus was just another smoke screen the lawyer could put up.

[b:f04e5b75c0]A lot of people I've talked to felt that Feldman tried to confuse the jurors. I agree with them. I don't blame Feldman for doing this, it was his job to defend this man the best way he could.
This case was a circus from the moment poor Danielle was missing. It makes me think that's the reason police are keeping things more hush hush about the Jahi Turner case. But now I'm rambing and getting off the subject  .[/b:f04e5b75c0]

I don't blame the parents, but it does look like they lived an irresponsible lifestyle. Smoking dope... what kind of example does that set for a kid?

It is obsurde to think that blood and hair from her body would be on his shirt, bed, AND car just because they are neighbors. Absolutely unbelievable.
I hope he gets the works.

[color=#ff00d1:82f40b11c1]Thanks for your response Missvee. Although I still think it's more likely than not that he did it, I've wondered how he got into the house and got her out without anyone hearing anything. But the thing is, if she was taken from the house, it would be hard for anybody to get her out without being heard. It makes me think that she went outside late that night or early in the morning and was taken then. I guess we'll never know for sure how exactly it happened unless a confession is made.[/color:82f40b11c1]

Well, considering the fact that her parents were high at the time, it wouldn't be quite as hard to get her out without someone hearing something.
