A friend of mine is going to audition for American Idol on Wednesday... August 18th, in Washington DC....

She will be singing "At Last" by Etta James as her audition song...
Tune in and listen for her and vote for her...only if you think she's good enough...

She's pretty good but you never know you she'll be up against...

I'll keep you posted if I hear anything more...

I don't watch the show but I thought the 1st stage of audition is a free-for-all type of thing where thousands of people participate and get judged and almost as many get eliminated right off...I'm not sure merely going to audition could be called "on American Idol".

But yeah, good luck for her.
