it was a joke overdose, I couldnt resist. no offense.

It was taken intentionally, so really it wasn't embarrasing. Friends either get a good laugh or become alarmed and start keeping distance after viewing a dozen or so such photos. ;)

That looks rather good to be fake. You should blurry it a bit in photoshop though, make it look more like an action shot.
