Man do I hate commercials. I just read that an average American will spend 1 year of their life watching commercials. It wastes a lot of our valuable time. I usually switch channels deftly and immediately whenever there is commercial, but sometimes everything is on commercial and it sucks. What about you?

I've got a Tivo, so instead of watching TV live I wait until the show has been running for a while and then fast-forward through all of the commercials.

I switch the channel whenever it's on commercial. I wish I had tivo, I always waste so much time flipping channels and realziing tha I just missed things I wanted to see. and I'm going to miss all ofi love the 90's while I'm at camp! what will I do for 5 weeks without my vh1 fix?

VH1 is pretty much trying to appeal to young geeks now. And they are doing a good job, i love VH1 :P.

haha, they are kind of doing the gen x thing, but also managing to appeal to pop culture geeks, such as myself. it works incredibly well, all of my freinds adore that channel.
