out of the bands named above, the following sucks:

Limp Bizkit (except for their 1st cd), Kid Rock (he cant sing worth of s***), Eminem(his lyrics sucks, and a white rapper?), Dr. Dre (rap sucks altogether, Manson (what a freak-ass)

Of course they dont like it now.......Jeez.....Pink Floyd was an icon of the 70's........god they were all stoned when they made half that stuff.......they probably watch it now and dont even remeber it......BUT......it doesnt mean that they werent completely awesome for their time.......their music lives on still today.....music from now was built off pink floyd........you cant take away that...

I don't see what you guys' problem with rap is. If you listen to it you'll find that it's not all that bad. If you wanna hear some good rap you have to listen to people like:
Wu-Tang Clan
Red Man
Jay-Z
Common
Fabolous
Nas
and more

Now I do listen to rock as well including groups like:
Linkin Park
Sum 41
Aerosmith
& such

Just give rap a chance. The type of rap that I think you guys might like is the metaphorical poetry rap which is very technical and awesome to listen. A good artist for this type of rap is Common and Fabolous.
