What is the scientific classification of an animal whose eyes are on the side of its head ( ex. fish, birds, lizards ect.)

vs.

animals whose eyes are in front and facing foward (Humans, apes, dogs ect. )

I used to know this but have long forgotten the answer and I can't seem to be able to find it anywhere. If you can.. Please help.

Animals with eyes in the front have binocular vision, allowing depth perception, while animals with eyes on the side have monocular vision, allowing a greater field of vision.
