I used to listen to them a bit before I cared that they were pinkos. Anyway, I have this shirt that's blue and it has this couple walking down the road holding hands, and there are planes and factories and stuff (I think) in the background. On the back, there is a microphone with a grenade as the part you speak into. It's the Down Rodeo shirt. I was wondering if you could tell me what exactly that picture is supposed to be saying?

He's talking about the U.S. Constitution. The First Amendment is the Freedom of Speech. The Fifth Amendment is Right to a Fair Trial by peers.
What he's basically saying is since you can't practice free speech, then you should at least be allowed a fair trial.
