Maybe a merger would be good, I dont think it would violate anti-trust laws.

Hey, when I posted in that thread, I automatically clicked to the last page, and just posted what was being discussed at the moment.

I didn’t realize it was already posted…
So, take a chill pill, and clam down.

But this is almost good enough to post twice.

OD did you watch the news tonight? Lee Hamilton Vice Chair of the commission said that the commission never said there was no connection between Iraq and Al Qaeda, he said we said there was no connection between 9/11 and Iraq.
So I guess this takes the lie out of Bushs mouth as you have quoted him saying there was no connection also.
Hmmmmmm maybe the press should pay attention to what they are saying.
Hamilton the democratic vice chair made these comments after a reporter asked him if these findings proved deciet on the part of Cheney and he said we agree with Cheney, there is a connection between Iraq and Al Qaeda.

Well damn, another point shot down by the very people quoted.

overdose forgot to post the rest of the sentance on his topic "9/11 panel: No al Qaeda cooperation with Iraq" he forgot to add these crucial little words "on 9-11 attacks". of course no one has ever said that iraq was in direct cooperation on the 9-11 attacks, but that doesnt stop the media and overdose from shouting half truths from the nearest mountain

"no credible evidence that Iraq and al Qaeda cooperated on attacks against the United States,"

The attacks on the united states were referring to the 9/11 attacks, so I did indeed say that there was no connection between Iraq and 9/11. President Bush, has stated, that Iraq did have a connection with 9/11, which was proven false by the panel.

really did you say that in other threads? LOL I see some squirming going on.

The media did everyone a disservice by reporting the facts in a sketchy manner to shock or incite more news. Again the story didnt sell enough if it agreed with Bush. But Hamilton made sure that the story was set straight.

I think it has been well proven and documented that libruls are trying to spin this story into something it is not. Too bad most Americans know the truth and don't buy into their lies.

"no credible evidence that Iraq and al Qaeda cooperated on attacks against the United States"

Saddam had no link to 9/11
He did have links to Al Queda

That's my understanding of what the panel is saying.

You know, as time goes by more and more information will leak out about the period of time before 9-11 and the leading up to our attack on Iraq.
All information is still not released.
We are still at war.
Hard to say anything was for sure at this time. We may be years awaiting all information.
May be some surprises.
