If any of you are interested in FAMM and would like to know more about it please feel free to contact me. You can write to: famm_member@yahoo.com or you can go to the FAMM site at: www.famm.org I look forward to hearing from you and I promise to answer all inquiries within 48 hours. We need more people to take an interest in repealing these laws and give back the Judicial Discretion the Judges once had at sentencing. I am located in South Carolina and I look for ward to hearing from you. I can provide you with case summary reports that you can submit to FAMM. The more people that respond to me the better chance we have of getting people out of prison early or less time at sentencing. If you have any type of legal issue with the Federal Government I can advise you on many issues that your lawyer is not aware of nor does he care. He is probably a court appointed attorney being paid by the Government that is prosecuting you. Don't be one of those guys that goes to prison and says” If I only new then" Contact me NOW!!!!

FAMM I am for mandatory minimums only because some judges have made some very poor calls. Like the man who killed his child in Orlando and the Judge gave him 5 years, or the MD judge who sentenced the man who killed his wife for having an affair and was sentenced to less than a year.
Sure most judges are responsible but the ones who allow killers and rapist off with a slap on the wrist are why we need these guidelines.
