Mr. G W Bush has decided to fill the national oil reserves to capacity. We have been at war since 2002, when oil prices were low and since we are at war we should have been prepared for every emergency. Yet Bush waited until gas was at record highs. I'm sure the oil companies are laughing big time all the way to the bank and will no doubt show their appreciation with huge contributions Bush's re-election campaign. Tax dollars are so easy to spend. Bush has proved that by going from a large surplus to a huge deficit and no end in sight. Think what it would have done for our economy if the billions spent on Bush's unnecessary war in Iraq had been used on home defense, improving our energy grids, schools, health care and child care programs, creating jobs instead of outsourcing them. Bush is more concerned with changing the world than improving our own country. His chief economic advisor said that it is good that U.S. jobs are going to third-world countries, because it is improving their economies. Evidently Bush, couldn't agree more since they have just signed more free-trade agreements. We still have more jobs to give and maybe he'll throw in a few million extra in aid. It's only tax dollars, right?.

He is doing what every president before him has done.
