I'm not usually a big commercial fans (I don't watch TV really), but I guess recently it has been a trend that commericals are made just like mini-movies. Look at BMW, DKNY...etc, with well-known directors and stars. I have been following this director for a while, his name is Jim Jenkins. He has done quite a few other campaigns like Master Card and American Express. I thought what he did here with Discovery Channel are pretty good. Sort of witty and hip in a humorous sort of way.
