Background on this guy is an interesting choice. Note that the average Iraqi views him as a "CIA man".

I just thought of a way to fix all of this. Lets pay the IGC to nominate Kerry as their President and then everyone is happy. He can get us out of Iraq and we can continue on the war on terror.
