A LOVER'S DREAM

I feel a passion that's very true.
A love and desire that's meant for me & you.
You are loved from the bottom of my heart.
I hope that we will never part.
I want to love you in a very special way
A way that's sincere and lasts all day.
I want our love to grow.
How much you mean to me nobody will ever know.
I will never hurt you nor do you wrong.
So you won't have to sing another sad love song.
I want to know what's on tonight.
I'll be by your side through the morning till the night.
Something about you makes me feel the way I do.
Know that I love you and it will always be true.
I want to know how I fit in your plan. Don't deceive me,
I'm just trying to be your man.
I know I'm not all what it seems.
Just do me one favor and fullfill a lover's dream.

I am as eager to experience another Love as I am a root canal.

Love is a wonderful thing for those lucky enough to find it. Please don’t think I’m dismissing the emotion it’s self, just dismissing it for me!

And as much as I am willing to take advice from others I feel it would be wasted on me!

However, the poems are beautiful, I enjoyed reading them.

POEM OF THE DAY

A Bleeding Heart

It made my heart bled from the dagger you've planted;
Blood pouring bittersweet with the rain never ended;
Heart searched for questions unanswered
On the day you have gone and fled.

Broken promises left hanging in the misty air.
Made me chill and brought me to unending despair.
That made me build a wall inside my heart
Never to love again for it's you from the very start.

The love that I felt from which you gave.
The love I'm longing, the love i still crave.
Even if it hurts so much inside
I still love you that I cannot hide.

things you've said i thought was true
'Cos it made me happy and not blue.
Yet you brought clouds so heavy it's hard to take.
I can move on, but to love again that I can't make.

The wound still hurts and blood still shed
With rain pouring when I'm in bed.
Still I extend my thanks to you.
Though gone I'll still love you.

Those poems are really nice. Did you write any of them?

Poems are a great way to express yourself, espeically when dealing with love which is why I also write a little poetry.

At times when I'm lost I try to find you
You are a girl that I know will understand my bind too
You know to give me space when its time to
Because of these things I know that your love is mine too
My heart's dictionary defines you, as love and happiness
I knew you were the one after our first kiss
Life is getting rough so I'm going to need you
And into the light I promised to lead you

i've been dating this girl for like 2 years, but now, i'm leaving the country for good in the end of Summer. I think I love her and i don't wanna lose her so easy. I'll be coming back for X-mas and next Summer, and I wonder if I should break up wit her so fast. I couldn't stand the thought of her wit another guy.

what do you guys think? help plz anyone!

Quick Logic Check: did you ask her to um you know GO WITH YOU! Is that possible. Love is love and hey, mabey she will.

I think u should take her with you or stay with her. If it is real love this should not be a problem.

Hi dealerofdreams,

I dont see any reason why u should break up with her. Knowing that you too have been dating for 2 years, wowww!! thats long. I think you two should really talk together, seat together and talk face to face of what you really wanna do with your relationship. Is she that serious to you too.

You have to build trust towards each other, what you think? Being away is such a very hard thing to do esp. if you did spend 2 years dating.

Communication is still the best weapon for long distance love affair.

A Long Desired Love

The way you make me smile,
how you run your fingers through my hair.
The way you are so gentle,
the way you seem to care.

The way you calmly hug me,
with arms of loving care.
And how you kiss my forehead,
with lips so full and bare.

I love it yet I wonder,
is it really there?
Or is it just a dream,
found in my longing stare?

I’m ready for the future,
but can I let it go?
That past of which will haunt me,
until my blood stops to flow.

Will I find the strength,
or will I just give in?
And will you help me stand up,
though it may be a sin.

I really want to try this,
but trust is what I lack.
He made me really jealous,
and you don’t deserve that.

So I’m stuck up in a bind,
One I hope will soon end.
And I want you to remember,
that feelings aren’t planned.

So this is what I’ll promise,
if you can hear me out.
I will stand beside you,
but I’m going to need your help.

Hmm....long distance relationships really aren't as hard as most people say they are. They're tough....but not impossible. I was with a guy for two years....and he lived in Fla...but it was a wonderful two years....I learned a lot. ^_^
