I recently viewed a Matrix 2 trailer online and the quality was amazing, even though the file was only about 24 meg. Does anyone know how they compress their files to keep the quality so high?

You are best leaving it to them. However, if the type of file is, say, .avi, you might be able to compress it yourself. What is your operating system?
