Well I doubt he was killed two weeks ago, if he was then a voice over would have been easy to change the reason for the killing.

I was watching MSNBC and CNN today and saw that Berg had been investigated while in OK at college, he had unknowingly let
Zacarias Moussaoui use his email account. SO this would explain why the FBI wanted to speak to him in Iraq. I would doubt he had any real ties with Al Qaeda but it explains the reasoning behind his detention.
