i saw this movie yesterday and i thought it was awsome. the plot had a few holes in it and there were some inaccurate hollywood interpretations, but all in all, it was worth the price of a ticket!
both russia and the US show their stupid and smart sides in this film and the part to worry about is that it is theoretically possible for the movie to come true.
go see it!

Like most movies, I'll wait until this one's out on video, then I'll see it. It sounds very riveting.
Though Ben Affleck strongly suggested anyone still feeling any fraction of pain from September 11, 2001 should not watch this movie.

that makes sense. there are two terrorist attacks that are each more devastating than sept. 11 :(

I'm traversing my ideas of either reading the book first of watching the movie first.

Does anyone know if the Tom Clancy book Red Storm Rising has already been made into a movie (or if there are plans to make it into a movie)? I'm 2/3 of the way through it and WOW. I don't usually like reading but I can't put that sucker down. Heck, I'll go read another section right now.

This movie was a waist of my money and time. Morgan Freeman is a let down in this movie.
