departments for starvation tactics.

UN Members: Kofi Annan admitting to killing the prime minister of Ghana,

Philadelphia Police Officer, ambushing patient and stealing clothing (not covert, but more like out right taking - all of them african-american

See John Ashcroft order MCP Hahnemann Doctors on the insertion of tubes into patient to determine what is genetically different about her from african-americans, (both have dark complexions)
