Hi,

I used to post here now and then. My regular forum closed its doors for games and talk. The moderator has decieded to have a more serious dicussion form(more computer oriented). He sugessted to come here for the fun.
Just so everyone knows I hope that this does not sound bitter. I hope him all the best, he is a great mod and i hope that his new forum gets him what he wants.
Back to why I am here, I will miss all the friendships that I had there and I hope to make new friends here. I know that I am relitively a newbie. So if you wouldn't mind please bear with me. Until I get my legs, again that is.

Speaking of which, whereabouts in Illinois? I have lots of family in Bloomington and Springfield.

I am from a small city called Quincy. If you look on a map of Illinois I am at the western most tip right on the mississippi river. Close to Hannibal MO, the place of Mark Twain and Tom Sawyer.

WOW, Borg, I am about 35 minutes from Springfield and Bloomington. I go to both places often. I'm from Decatur. Do you ever visit your relatives there?

M&M...every once in a while...I was up in July for my grandmother's 90th birthday. She lives in Pekin, actually. My great-grandfather is in Bloomington and is not doing too well...my other grandmother is going up to see him soon. He's about 87, I think.
