Big question about something absurd: what would you do if you were asked to put on weighted clothing? (Clothing similiar to what Goku wears in Dragonball Z)

How much weight would do for you all? Feel free to explain this in pounds (lbs) or grams - kilograms (kg)
I'd say about 6 kilograms for the two shirts, 3 kilograms for the boots, and 1 kilogram for each wristband
