wait, I looked at your site,a nd the so called incident data base. most are sited as suicide bomber or truck bomb. now either you think we are doing suicide bombings or you are lumping civilian casualties casued by US colateral damage and terrorists targeting the civilians. either way, your way off base. maybe you better research your links a little better next time, instead of pulling a mr shaman and jsut slapping up any old link that says anything contraary to what bush is saying
