Trav, 9-11 changed a hell of a lot less thna you realize. just becasue the U.S. was atacked doesn't mean much. a lot of ocuntries across the world have suicide atacks constantly. have you ever had to live with that fear? have the mejoirty of Amricans? no, msot hvane'y had to deal with the idea that they could be blown up at any moment just during the course of their daily lives. just becasue we were attacked by terrorists doesn';t mena that the whole world changed.

the Nazis were direct allies with Japan. they had been for many years, and WWII was much much more straightforward than what'a going on now. we're not fighting countries, we're fighting an organization of people. it's like waging war against the mafia, it's just not the same.

Sorry for the outburst, but damn, you had to have know that. Germany swept through Poland. Japan attacked us. In Clintons' years Iraq attacked Kuwait and we were right to go in and defend them.
This recent attack on Iraq has been unjustified!

sorry, but clinton was not president during the first gulf war. he wasonly there to stand by and yank his pud while saddam spit in the face of the cease fire agreements laid out after his defeat. kind of like france did while watching germany re-arm and march into the demilitarized rhineland, which in itself was a direct violation and entitled france to crush germany and the newly istalled dictator, but, we all know how that turned out :hitout:
