You should never be ashamed of your fears; we humans are small and fragile, poised as we are, in an enormous universe.

Here on earth, any one of a dozen things can take us out at an instant. Yet overcoming fear is part of learning to love, for we cannot love when we are afraid.

Fear leaves no space for such positive emotions, for it swamps your mind and closes the etheric chakras while love opens them.

The more open you become the more vulnerable you are.
It’s a test. By becoming more and more open you allow yourself to be open to danger, uncertainty, rip offs, and ridicule and yet can you live in the tight environment of the ego’s fears and the rules it will impose upon you?

Can you truly express yourself as a complete person, a spiritual person, if you don’t take risks and go for it?

So the only way forward is bit-by-bit, as fast as you can accommodate your insecurity.

Here are a few ideas and some etheric moves, which you may find helpful.

Dehydration is Often the Cause of Low-Grade Fear Here’s something I learned from a shaman friend of mine that very few know about. Most persistent low-grade fear is not due to psychological issues or a poor state of well being. It is only due to dehydration. Most don’t drink anything near enough water.

The water in alcohol and beverages doesn’t count. We need about six pints of clean water a day, which is just under three liters. Otherwise, body cells become dehydrated and fear and insecurity increases dramatically.

Why dehydration causes fear and anxiety we don’t know. We just observe that it does. Most people would not be scared or depressed if they were well hydrated. If you re-hydrate your body you will see a dramatic improvement in days.

Drink six pints of water a day and take three lecithin tablets, three times a day.
The lecithin oil helps the uptake of water in the cells.
You will notice a substantial reduction in your levels of anxiety after about three days.

In total it takes about three weeks to completely re-hydrate the body properly. Once you’ve done that remember to keep your water intake up and increase it whenever you feel fear and insecurity creep back. The hydration discipline is so simple, it gets rid of most low-grade fear, and it will also cure mild depression.

Discipline Your Mind As you discipline the ego and begin to control it, it becomes less fearful. Meditation helps a lot, for it’s the only way to properly discipline the mind. The less you worry the more open you become, the more open you become, the more etheric light is infused within you, the less energy you waste and burn, the more immortal you will feel and so the less insecure you will be.

Most fear comes from suffering from low energy, which may be mental or physical. Either way, a lack of discipline and too much low energy, sets up the fear of collapse.
That is why the unknown poses such a problem for most people.
They worry that they might not be able to sustain themselves, financially, physically, or emotionally in different circumstances.

However, when you are powerful, you can express that power wherever you go. Changing locations and circumstances mean little to you, for you are strong within yourself.

If you are insecure do these things:

1) Exercise every day, for twenty minutes if you can, even gentle exercise like walking is better than no exercise.

2) Try to control as best as possible, any debilitating habits, but don’t beat up on yourself.

3) Try to rest and sleep; so many modern achievers and high-action modern families, suffer from sleep deprivation. Insomnia causes low-grade fear. Sleep and rest whenever you can, and allow yourself at least an hour a day of quiet time to ponder your life and your strongest moves.
Not having time to problem-solve in your mind and to think makes you anxious.

Life requires us to be brave. Nurturing yourself and resting and being calm and in control, develops security and personal strength. Also, having less responsibility and activity helps.

See what you can get rid of. You can soon loose yourself and become fearful if your life is too cluttered.

I learned a lot about terror and fear as a fire walk instructor. It was interesting how people handled the unknown.

I would tell people just before they walked the fire that their ego would quit and seemingly leave, and that they would walk as if in dream, often not recalling what happened.
I’d tell people that, because of the sull that fear puts one in, they would probably want to walk the fire twice. Few believed me. Yet on every fire walk we facilitated about sixty-five percent of the participants would go over the fire a second time.

Life is often like the moment before a fire walk. Fear wipes your consciousness and you enter a sull, a self-induced hypnotic trance. Life passes you by. Awareness is a gift granted to the courageous. You can’t get rid of fear entirely but you can come into control of your mind and by disciplining yourself you feel more confident and more secure.

Etheric Moves

Here are a few etheric tricks that will also help when you are really scared:

1) Make a fist and thump yourself fairly forcefully in the sternum (centre chest) as many times as it takes to change the energy of the heart chakra. That opens it to more energy—don’t punch too hard, the sternum is quite fragile. Just hard enough to effect change.

2) Put your thumb and your first two fingers together on both hands and tap both your cheeks simultaneously, an inch or so below your eyes. Do this vigorously and quickly. There’s a meridian there. Tapping changes the energy flow.

3) Put one hand over the other and place them both over your navel, pressing inwards gently. You can do this laying down if you wish. Etherically, fear flows out of solar plexuses. It gushes out like rain through a storm pipe. Putting your hands over your navel stems the loss of energy. The less energy you loose, the more calm you become.

4) Lock the fingers of your hands together and place them on the top of your head across the middle (covering your crown chakra), and pull your arms downwards, pressing yourself down toward the ground. This pulls your etheric back down, and it inhibits your imagination from flying off the handle. If a child is a bit hysterical just place your hand firmly on the top of its head and press down, hold the other hand lightly against the child’s navel, pressing inwards, both hands working together simultaneously.

The hand on the top of the head is good for calming kids and getting ‘em off to sleep. You can also touch them etherically at a distance, as long as you can see them. Imagine yourself with an extended arm, see yourself reaching out etherically and place your etheric hand on the child’s head, using the authority of your will, imagine yourself pressing firmly down on the child. , for stopping babies crying when mothers get cranky.

5) If you are very panicky, like say, you’ve done too many drugs or you’re too speedy and out of control with anxiety, lay down north to south on the ground, in the dirt is best. Try to get as much of your skin in contact with the ground as possible.
If conditions permit take all or most of your clothes off. Then visualize pushing the fear down through your body into the ground anchoring it. Say, ‘Mother Earth, I am giving you back this fear of mine.’ Another alternative is to allow natural running water to run down your spine, like say, lying down in a stream.
The water trick also works when you feel your energy dropping, like you’re getting the flu, or a bug, or whatever. Get in the shower, have it nice and warm and once you are hot, quickly flip it to just cold water, let that run down your spine and then go back to hot and back to cold, do it four to six times. It kicks the immune system into action.
I can’t tell! you how many times I’d be feeling wasted and getting sick, and I’d use the cold shower as an emergency measu. It really works.

Dont't let your self become a victim of you emotions .
when you are scared it isn't the real you that is scared, it is your personality interpreting circumstances which may be adverse.
You are not these emotions; they dont own you.
As you begin to understand that you dont't belong to your emotions, then you can detach from them,
Its simply a matter of saying "I wont be victimized by my emotions"

Dont make the mistake of confusing you emotions with your feelings.
Your feelings are inside your etheric.
They are 500,000 times faster than you think they are !
They are quick, they can move any where, they can look at anything.
What you think are your feelings are just emotional or physical sensations, and for the most part they are sluggish and crawling along at a slower speed.

Your are not these emotions.

When you are scared , your personality and ego lead you to beleive that you are the fear.
But you can't be.
Its impossible for that to happen to you.
You exist as a spirit beyond these things.

If you have reconciled fear you are free.
If you accept your life you are free.
If you dont resist you are free.
It's only the ego that says you have to have a pain free existance.
It's only the ego thats says you should not die.
Its only the ego that says you have to have glamour and inportance.
It's only the ego that says you have to follow the path it wants you to follow.
It's nonsence.
Life will go the way it goes.
And when you dont fight it you are free.
The less you fight it the less anguish and negativity you create.

Heart Trouble


They say heart trouble is caused by eating fatty foods, and living an unhealthy lifestyle. This may well be true, but I’ve got a sneaky suspicion that the real cause of heart attacks is people's inability to go past their fear, and open their hearts and love humanity.

Heart trouble is a long-term emotional condition, caused by being too tight, lacking warmth, and not loving others. What's hereditary is not a faulty heart, but the lack of love. You see, if you have a heart chakra the size of a flea's arsehole, it doesn't allow you to join humanity, and if you can't join humanity and embrace it with all its faults, you can't join God. If you can't join God, your body throws in the towel.


Uncharted Terror

Uncharted terror is when you are completely terrorized. It’s often terror you haven't seen before. It only comes when you stop being completely arseholic and you embrace the feminine spirit. I’ve done a lot of uncharted terror in my life--it taught me to be brave. I found out bravery is not the absence of fear; it’s being able to operate effectively when scared shitless.

In conclusion, all fear is the fear of loss or the fear of death, not necessarily physical death, but the death of things we are familiar with: our relationships, our job, or perhaps a situation that’s familiar that is about to change, whatever.

Start to train your mind if you have not already done so, to see change as beneficial and necessary. Nothing persists forever. So don’t hold on, be prepared to release aspects of your life and allow things to flow. If a situation has remained the same for too long it will often have little or no energy left. So if things aren’t changing you ought to wonder why not. To change and move and flow is to become divine, and infinite and alive. It opens you up to more and more.

This is like an orgasm. This ‘fear’ of can be released for a woman through sex. it is unconscious, some women in fact may get *insecure* when they want to be intimate.

The hand on the navel pressure does make the experience happen quicker and more often so less energy is wasted in the release. And the less energy wasted, the longer the experience can last.This rule applies to men also, it may enhance a male orgasm and create more stamina in return too.
