WWIII sounds nice but what exactly does it mean ? A global military conflict ? I don't see it coming.
If you mean that we're in a long period of trouble for geostrategic resources including oil, sure, but that is not new.

WWIII willl not come in the next many years - not with the current global security situation. A grand war between warring coalitions of states seems highly unlikely.

I think that we will get to WWIII in, about 10 or 15 years…

My reasons.
1. If Bush gets elected again (haha)
2. Israel will cause so much trouble, it will make a chain reaction go off
3. We will go with Israel (sadly), and then other countries will back the Arab nations
A. That will cause the beginning of something that will lead to WWIII

Hopefully it won't happen that way, but from the looks of it, it's heading in that direction.

And who will be the antagonists ? Where will the battle take part ?

N. Korea doesn't want war. It just wants to be recognized as a strong country.

You are right - N Korea absolutely does not want a war - because they know they would be destroyed. They would put up a much better fight that Iraq but in the end the result would be inevitable against the US military - it would be much more the type of war the US is military is designed to fight and win well.

It's a shame that people, especially Americans who live in the top tier of human existance, believe that the US is the great evil in the world. Stop and take a step back, look around at the values and way of life that this country is all about. America is a great country that holds a great responsibility in it's hands. It is not immune from selfishness or wanting to maintain it's position, that is a universal human trait, but America is on the side of the good and is a force for positive in the world. America should never change to appease killers and groups that exist only to destroy.

Countries are not intrinsically "good" or "evil". There are some democratic regimes (the USA is one of them) and some dictatures. But even democracies can commit crimes - the main difference with dictatures is that it's up to their citizen to make sure this does not happen.

no wonder we cant fight terrorism, we cant even get half of the people on our side to admit that its bad :rolleyes:

When WWIII happens I highly doubt we will be sitting in front of our computers posting on forums.
